  • Representative Experience

    Routinely serves as counsel for secured and unsecured creditors, landlords, chapter 11 trustees, and debtors in loan workouts and in all chapters of bankruptcy proceedings, as well as adversary proceedings and appeals. Experience includes, but is not limited to: Section 363 sales, motions for relief, cash collateral, debtor-in-possession financing, debtor representation (commercial and consumer), committee representation, proofs of claim, and plan prosecution.


    Represented numerous individuals and businesses under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code, including small business and single asset real estate cases.


    Conducted multiple trials and evidentiary hearings, including a multi-day trial resulting in the Bankruptcy Court deeming a client’s $1 million-plus claim non-dischargeable and awarded all attorneys’ fees and costs.


    Represented institutional lenders in wrongful foreclosure, FCRA and forcible and special detainer actions.
